当サービスのアプリケーションサーバーは日本国内（東京）で運用することを予定していますが、サービス提供のため、お客様の個人情報を日本国外に移転する場合があります。決済処理はStripe（アイルランド/米国）、メール配信はBrevo（EU）を通じて行われます。また、地図表示にはEsri/ArcGIS（米国）、一部ページのフォント配信にはGoogle Fonts（米国等）のサービスを利用する場合があり、お客様のブラウザから直接IPアドレス等の情報が送信されます。各サービス提供者との契約において適切な保護措置を講じています。
